Information you choose to share

When you complete the project inquiry form, Cedar & Gold Studio receives the details you enter. These may include your name, email address, organization, current website, project goals, audience, requested pages or features, timing, and other context you choose to provide. If you email Tracy directly, the studio also receives your email address and the contents of your message.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, sensitive financial information, or other confidential personal information through the form.

How information is used

The information you provide may be used to:

• respond to your question or project inquiry;
• understand your organization, goals, and project needs;
• prepare a consultation, estimate, proposal, or agreement;
• communicate about requested services; and
• maintain appropriate business and correspondence records.

Cedar & Gold Studio does not sell or rent personal information, and information submitted through this site is not added to a marketing mailing list.

Form processing

The inquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree receives the submitted information, delivers it to Cedar & Gold Studio, and may retain a copy in its service in accordance with its own practices. You can review the Formspree privacy policy.

Website technology

This site does not currently use advertising pixels, marketing analytics, or site-owned tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process standard technical request information—such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access—to deliver, secure, and maintain the site.

The Cedar & Gold Guide answers questions in your browser using information already published on this site. Its conversation is not sent to Cedar & Gold Studio or stored by the studio unless you choose the email link and send the prepared message yourself.

Sharing and retention

Personal information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site and inquiry process, or when disclosure is required by law. Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or carry out a project, maintain ordinary business records, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information Cedar & Gold Studio holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to any information the studio must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons. Send privacy requests to cedarandgoldstudio@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and Cedar & Gold Studio does not knowingly collect their personal information through it.

Security and policy updates

Reasonable care is used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy may be updated as the site or its services change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens.
